Winter is the ideal time to plant trees and hedges, and what better way to get some fresh air and help the environment? Trees and hedging plants are available “bare root” in the winter months which is a far more economical way to buy them, you get a much wider choice, and with most of the garden hibernating, its an excellent time to make architectural additions to your borders.
